With the release of the new 12 / 24 Volt Watermaker 200-DML-1, ECHOTec achieved a breakthrough in efficiency for watermakers, utilizing ultra-reliable triplex ceramic plunger pumps.

The ECHOTec. pump is a low revolution (570 RPM) stainless steel version, driven by a highly efficient permanent magnet motor, designed for continuous duty under tropical conditions.  

No low reliable and service intensive energy recovery pumps or irreparable electronic circuits that can stall the entire system are used on any ECHOTec yacht watermaker.

These desalination systems are made without "bells and whistles" for live aboard offshore cruising and racing with peace of mind.

As for all other ECHOTec watermakers, only highest quality raw materials that have proven to withstand continuous duty in a harsh marine environment are selected for ultimate reliability and lifetime. Therefore, we fabricate all wetted components, including the true regulating pressure valve and all high-pressure fittings from high-grade austenitic stainless steel.

For most economical maintenance and global use, we do not fabricate components to proprietary dimensions. Standard filters, membrane elements and many spare parts can be obtained anywhere.

• FAILURE TO TAKE DELIVERY

  If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods for any reason, they shall be liable for any costs incurred by the seller, including but not limited to return freight cost, import taxes, customs brokerage fees, storage fees and local handling charges. If the order must be reshipped, the additional cost of freight must be paid prior to dispatch. The freight charge for the original shipment is not applicable to the new shipment. Payment of the above-mentioned costs must be received by the seller prior to shipping of the goods again.

• CANCELLATION AND/OR RETURNS POLICY

  If an order is canceled for any reason and is paid for in advance, a refund will be issued within five business days, less a 10% restocking fee. For Goods being returned, refunds will only be executed upon receipt in original packaging and the items themselves must not have been tampered with and have no visible signs of use. Discontinued items are final and cannot be returned. Approvals for cancellations and returns must be approved in writing by ECHOTec Watermakers. All costs referenced in the FAILURE TO TAKE DELIVERY section for return of the Goods will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, in addition to the restocking fee and any applicable bank charges.

• SHIPPING INFO

  Shipping of Goods is packaged and shipped directly from the Trinidad factory to our customers after receipt of full-payment, with technical support, parts, and services provided by the full resources of both the manufacturer and aid from Nofziger Marine. Shipping cost will vary depending on the location of the recipient, and will therefore be determined and added to the final invoice of the Buyer prior to packing and shipping from the factory. Shipping duration can take anywhere from two (2) weeks up to several months, depending on the final destination and international shipping trends (as seen in the drastic changes in delivery timetables affected by the pandemic and other worldwide events.)

• TRANSPORT

  Title to the goods is transferred to the buyer on delivery of the goods to the carrier. It is the responsibility of the buyer to follow up with the carrier to verify shipping status until final delivery. The buyer shall check upon delivery the quantity and condition of the goods and their conformity to the order, to establish short delivery or transport damage and make any claims to the seller or carrier in the (case of the ladder). Damaged items must be returned to the seller if deemed necessary for dispatch of replacements. For delivery within Trinidad onto bagel, good she'll be delivered to the buyer at the sellers premises. The seller may agree to arrange for delivery to the buyers premises, in which case all packing, handling and transport costs were a third-party is required she'll be at the buyers B

• PACKAGING

  Unless otherwise stated, packing of good she'll be in the conformity with sellers practice for the transport method involved. Majority of packaging will be handled directly from the factory and shipped directly to the buyer independent of the business locati

• DELAYS

  The date provided for dispatch or delivery shall be treated as an estimate, and is subject to change. The seller shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the buyer or their agents due to failure to deliver goods (or part thereof) promptly or at all. This includes, but is not limited to, marina/birthing fees, technicians fees, airfare, accommodation or additional freight charges.
